Basic Cremation Plan
From $695

Our Basic Cremation Plan serves only Stark County and includes the following:

  •  Staff services and use of our facilities and equipment
  • Transfer of the deceased from place of death to our crematory (see Required Selections)
    • Transfer from Residence add $125 - $175.00
  • Use of our refrigeration facilities
  • Confirmation of decedent’s identity (see Required Selections)
    • Photo Confirmation add $50.00 / Private Viewing add $195.00
  • Use of our crematory facilities for the cremation of the deceased
  • The container the body is placed in for the cremation (alternative container)
  • A simple protective container the cremains are placed in following cremation
  • Preparation and delivery of the death certificate to the physician of record for signing
  • Filing the death certificate with the appropriate health department
  • Cremation permit and recording fees
  • Notifying government agencies including Social Security and the Veteran’s Administration
  • Transferring the cremains to the family at our Louisville office
Signature Cremation Plan

Our Signature Cremation Plan includes the following:

  • Staff services and use of our facilities and equipment
  • Transfer of the deceased from place of death to our crematory (see Required Selections)
    • Transfer from Residence add $125.00 - $175.00
  • Use of our refrigeration facilities
  • Confirmation of decedent’s identity (see Required Selections)
    • Photo Confirmation add $50.00 / Private Viewing add $195.00
  • Use of our crematory facilities for the cremation of the deceased
  • The container the body is placed in for the cremation (alternative container)
  • A simple protective container the cremains are placed in following cremation

Signature Cremation Plan For Veterans

Our Signature Cremation Plan for Veterans includes the following:

  • Staff services and use of our facilities and equipment
  • Transfer of the deceased from place of death to our crematory (see Required Selections)
    • Transfer from Residence add $125 - $175.00
  • Use of our refrigeration facilities
  • Confirmation of decedent’s identity (see Required Selections)
    • Photo Confirmation add $50.00 / Private Viewing add $195.00
  • Use of our crematory facilities for the cremation of the deceased
  • Free cemetery lot or wall niche including grave marker or wall niche name plate at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio
  • Opening and closing of cemetery space provided by the cemetery at no charge
  • Cemetery service with full military honors at OWRNC (see Personalized Options)
  • The container the body is placed in for the cremation (alternative container)
  • A simple protective container the cremains are placed in following cremation
  • Preparation and delivery of the death certificate to the physician of record for signing
  • Acquisition of certified death certificate(s) which includes hand delivering the signed death certificate to the health department and acquiring the copies requested by the family (the actual cost of the death certificates is extra)
  • Cremation permit and recording fees

Please note that additional costs will apply for transfer and cremation arrangements when the deceased weighs in excess of 250 lbs. or when our staffs are providing transfer services from a residence.

Celebration Of Life Plan
From $1,995

Our Celebration of Life Plan is only offered at our Stark County location and includes the following:

  • Basic services of the funeral director and staff
  • Transfer of the deceased from place of death to our crematory (see Required Selections
    • Transfer from Residence add $125 - $175.00
  • Coordination and supervision of Celebration of Life gathering at our funeral home
    • Includes use of facilities for (2) hours Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm)
    • additional hours can be added (see General Price List)
  • Coordination and supervision of cremation at our crematory
  • Furnishing an alternative container to encase the body during cremation
  • A simple protective container the cremains are placed in following cremation
  • Preparation and delivery of the death certificate to the physician of record for signing
  • Acquisition of certified death certificate(s) which includes hand delivering the signed death certificate to the health department and acquiring the copies requested by the family (the actual cost of the death certificates is extra) 
  • Cremation permit and recording fees
  • Notifying government agencies including Social Security and the Veteran’s Administration
  • Hand delivery to family or cemetery in Stark, Portage, Medina, Summit, Tuscarawas and Cuyahoga County
  • Furnishing complete memorial package including register book, #100 folders or prayer cards, #25 acknowledgment cards and one laminated obituary
  • Excludes all cash advanced items such as cemetery charges, obituary expenses, honorariums, flowers, escorts, cost of death certificates and sales tax
